Adrian Sahim Owner/CEO/Head Coach
Adrian is the Owner, CEO and, Head Coach of Integrity Specific Consulting Worldwide Inc., a company that provides business coaching and consulting services for Executives and Leaders to navigate through the complexities of today's corporate world. Adrian cares about the health of business and the business of health.
Adrian was born in San Francisco in 1967 and spent his childhood participating in Judo, becoming a twice-undefeated champion between 1974 and 1976. He graduated from Napa High School in 1985, and later attended Napa Valley College.
Adrian later completed The Best Work Course from STI Group in 1996 and attended Tony Robbins' 30-day transformation seminar program. He also graduated from the Landmark Education program and has been a graduate and leader since 2000.
Adrian became a licensed real estate agent in 1991 and worked in that field until 2011. He is currently the manager of a 1903 apartment building. Adrian was also an owner/partner of Urge to Submerge Scuba Diving from 1994 to 1997, where he became a certified rescue scuba diver in 1996.
Adrian has completed several Landmark courses, including the Curriculum for Living, Communication Curriculum, Wisdom Course, and Introduction Leaders Program. He served as the President of Active 2030, a children's charity/leadership program club, and was on the board of directors as vice president from 2003 to 2007. Adrian was also a National Speech Contest winner and international runner-up during this time. He served as a coach for Landmark's Self-expression and Leadership Program from 2017 to 2018 and coached the Introduction Leaders Program from 2019 to 2022, although the program no longer uses coaches, Adrian continues to mentor and guide the up and coming Landmark Leaders.
Adrian is a firm believer in the African philosophy of Ubuntu, which emphasizes 'being human through other people.' He finds this philosophy applicable in many fields, including his coaching and his own personal relationships. He has studied and practiced Judo, where he has learned the principle of maximum efficiency with minimal effort, or Seiryoku-Zenyo, which he finds useful in areas like business negotiations, conflict resolution, management strategies, workplace relations, and persuasive communications.
Adrian has taken all that he has learned and practiced over the years, and developed a unique coaching style that has clients transforming themselves and the world around them. He created Integrity Specific because he knows that when people put the past in the past and become authentically responsible for who they are being in life, the world gets closer to being the kind of world we all want to live in.
Ami Machovsky Project Manager- IT Specialist
Ami Machovsky is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a passion for making a difference in people's lives. Born in 1983, Ami's early years were characterized by a nomadic lifestyle as she moved around the country with her parents until settling in Auburn, California in 1991. She graduated from high school in 2000 and wasted no time in pursuing her educational goals, earning her first Associate's degree that same year.
Driven by her love for learning and her entrepreneurial spirit, Ami returned to school to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. During her formative years, Ami developed a keen interest in technology, inherited from her father who was a computer whiz long before the advent of the internet. With a natural knack for troubleshooting hardware and removing viruses, Ami found herself engrossed in the world of computers when she wasn't indulging her love for travel and adventure.
In her teens and early twenties, Ami embarked on cross-country train rides, seeking new experiences and embracing the thrill of exploration. These ventures instilled in her a deep appreciation for the outdoors and the beauty of the world. Alongside her adventures, she explored various creative pursuits such as TV and movie production, where her favorite roles were in lighting, makeup, and special effects.
To support her lifestyle and feed her outgoing nature, Ami worked in various customer-centric roles such as a banquet server, bartender, and "beverage cart girl" at prestigious country clubs in the Sierra Foothills region. Her magnetic personality and ability to connect with people effortlessly drew her to any environment where fun was in abundance.
In 2013, Ami's path took an unexpected turn as she became involved in the senior care industry. Starting as a caregiver and progressing to become a senior care consultant, she discovered her true calling in making a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families. This newfound purpose fueled her desire to help seniors find the care they needed while working within their budgets.
Not content with staying within one industry, Ami ventured into marketing and branding. She joined a company and, over the course of eight years, transformed it into a multi-million dollar enterprise with only two employees, herself and the owner. Ami's resourcefulness and ability to create effective marketing funnels with limited resources demonstrated her exceptional talent for generating leads and expanding client bases.
In 2018, Ami embarked on a personal development journey by participating in the landmark Forum and subsequently completing their leadership program. Her commitment to growth and transformation led to her position on staff at Landmark Worldwide, where she served until the end of 2021. Even today, Ami remains an active participant and event leader, continually enriching her understanding of human potential.
Drawing from her training at Landmark, life experiences, and boundless zest for life, Ami has emerged as a powerful and unstoppable force. Currently, she is engaged in her latest endeavor at Integrity Specific Consulting Worldwide Inc. Alongside Adrian and Andreea, they train and coach individuals, helping them transform themselves, their lives, and their businesses. Through their work, they empower people to let go of the past and create extraordinary futures they once could only dream of.
